Mission

Our passion is making a measurable contribution in the lives of others. Immersive will do for training what Google did for advertising. Immersive helps users to grow professionally and personally by combining the training content and best practices of industry leading experts with the technology they use every day. The company wraps its solution into a simple web based system that plugs into CRM, contact managers, corporate intranets, and online business portals. The product is tailored for the end user and sold at a price every business can afford. Immersive will be every marketer and salesperson's "secret weapon."

Problem

Most companies look at either technology or training as a magic bullet for increasing revenue. The problem with technology alone is that it makes salespeople more efficient, but does not teach them how to sell. Most companies install CRM systems to generate more revenue, but according to CSO Insights, only 16% of CRM users experience an increase in sales. The problem with training alone is that most companies cannot afford to either reinforce it on a regular basis or customize a program to fit each person's needs. As a result, salespeople forget what they learned or lose motivation, costing businesses millions of dollars each year. The reality is both technology and training must work together in order to fully maximize sales growth.

Solution

Immersive solves this problem by combining expert training content and best practices with the technology salespeople and executives use everyday. The result is a first of its kind Training-as-a-Service solution. The solution is platform agnostic and plugs into any CRM, contact manager, corporate intranet, or online business portal. Training content is provided by the biggest brands and leading experts in the world and customized by industry and job function. It is tailored for the user and delivered at their own pace. Real time benchmarking and personal recommendations help drive improvement. Game and social mechanics incentivize users to consume more training content, while at the same time creating stickiness for the service. Simple administrative tools enable corporations to upload and distribute their own content, create training playlists, and track training progress within their group. In effect, using the Immersive platform is like having a virtual coach looking over each user's shoulders at all times.

Barriers To Entry

Immersive has first mover advantage. In addition, building a leading training solution requires the domain expertise, credibility, and contacts of a team with longstanding ties within the training industry. Because of the insular nature of the business, an outsider attempting to deploy a solution will fall drastically short. Immersive benefits from Michael Hutchison being a well-known leader within the training community. Michael is the host of CredibilityLIVE a Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp web TV show. He's also the author of Speaking Mastery: 7 Keys to Delivering High Impact Presentations. Training experts know him as "one of their own."

Immersive Summary

The company will launch and market its products through CRM App Exchanges, distributors and value added resellers, and a highly targeted direct sales and marketing strategy. Immersive's primary revenue source is recurring monthly subscription revenue. The company plans to charge less than $10 per user per month. Users stick with Immersive longer than other subscription services because of the emotional connection they have with the experts, the quality and quantity of high value training materials, the simplicity of using the company's administrative tools, and the additional sales they generate using the product.

Why will trainers, authors and thought leaders work with the Immersive Team

Trainers embrace the company's model because they are incentivized with exposure to potential new customers, the ability to be in front of users every day, and the opportunity to upsell products and services.

Large and Growing Market

Online Training is one of the largest and fastest growing markets in the world. The reason for this success is it can help companies increase revenue while decreasing costs. The business thrives in both good and bad economic times.

Deep Pain Points

Companies lose millions of dollars each year due to their inability to either train or reinforce training within their organizations. Immersive helps solve this problem.

Individuals and Small Businesses Will Pay

Immersive's Training-as-a-Service product and low price points open the market up to individuals and small businesses that previously could not afford effective training solutions.

First to Market, Define The Market, Leading Brand

The company is first to market and creating a whole new category within the training industry. Products of this type do not exist in any of the CRM or Contact Management exchanges.

Perfectly Positioned To Take Advantage of The New Ways People Work and Interact With Information

According to IDC, Cloud Computing and SaaS have the potential to be among the most transformative developments in the world of information technology in the last 20 years. Their impact is viewed on par with the development, commercialization, and standardization of the World Wide Web. According to CIO Insight, the number one SaaS application for business is CRM.
